I levelled as a fire mage and just kind of continued.

I have never tried other talent specs however, have both an arcane-fire and a frost-fire spec that I am looking into.

9 - Why do you use this item kit?

I feel it gives me good hit, crit, haste and SP. I appreciate my hit is above the cap atm but the crit, haste and SP outweigh this.
10 - Which of the items you use have the highest priority to be replaced and with what?
The weakest part of my gear is my wand but to be honest I am fairly happy with my gear at the moment.
11 - Do you have any other items/kits that might be useful?
I can conjure a table, but I need friends to help me.
12 - What kind of guild do you think AG Praetorian Guard is?
Well, I have been to Ulduar with AGPG (was filling a space) and as I had never been before I found them to be very helpful, encouraging and supportive. They kept me right with whispers and tactics and they seemed very sociable.
13 - Describe the role of your class/spec in raids and its mechanics. Be as precise as you can. Show us you know your class inside-out. (example: spelldamage coeffcients, need of particular stats or attributes)

As I start a raid my first priority is to give an intellect buff and provide food and water for raid members. After that my primary role is ranged dps, although that in itself does not mean I stay in one spot and simply cast. It means getting into the appropriate positions to best attack the NPC or NPC's we are facing at that point (Deconstructor for example).
Although not an attack as such CC is an effective weapon when used correctly. On multiple mobs AOE is also advantageous ( again Deconstructor and Kologarn). In my experience (mostly tailored to 10 man tbh) ranged are always close together which includes healers, so we can act as protection, if mobs get too close thereby enabling them to keep the tank or tanks alive or indeed time for the tanks or melee time to pick them up. Essentially I am a short mobile flame thrower who can produce sheep and a free bar
14 - How do you prepare for raids?
I always make sure I am repaired, have lots of buff food and flasks, as I am an elixir master am always happy to make flasks or anything needed for others. I also read up on various forums tactics on bosses I am unfamiliar with or have never encountered.
15 - What is your raiding experience in Azeroth, Outland and Northrend?
I only started playing a year ago so only have experience in Outland
and Northrend. My raiding specifically on Aiax has been in Northrend, Naxx both 10 and 25, OS and VoA. Have been into Ulduar only a few times. Have cleared the run up to and including both Thorim and Freya.
16 - Why do you want to get into AG Praetorian Guard?
After raiding with AGPG and joining alt and friends runs, I have always found everyone to be really friendly, social, supportive and humorous. Although raiding plays a part in AGPG I also found the social bonds you have with each other to be quite heartening.
17 - Why would we want you in AG Praetorian Guard?
Firstly I am a sociable person, and am happy to help others be it for flasks, levelling or just lending an ear. Raid wise I am good at listening to instruction, I welcome constructive criticism and comments in order to improve my role within a raid. Additionally, I am not concerned about what loot you recieve from a raid, would much prefer to have a good time (that includes wipe nights) and progress is a bonus. On a jovial side I am a cute gnome who's /cower is something to be seen

I can attend most evenings.
19 - We use TeamSpeak during our raids. Are you familiar with TS or Ventrillo and do you actually use it? (Talking aswell as listening)
Yes, I have used both, can be shy to start with but with a little encouragement I do speak (allbeit occassionally).

I feel only Lycaeus would be applicable. I am willing to re-spec if required.

Yes I did (and there were many deaths and learning curves along the way).

I would just like to add that Lycaeus was my original character and the played time for Lyc is 55 days 17hours and 23 days at level 80. I am adding this as it looks like my played time with Aiax, for having played a year, looks quite low. I have found that encounters faced on my rogue have been vastly different to playing on my mage, and have found a love of mages as a result, that is the reason I am applying with Aiax.
