Ballare, we'd like to offer you a non-raiding spot. Just to be clear, this means that unless and until your raiding status is changed, anyone who is not a "non-raider" will be picked ahead of you in raid lineups (once you get to a stage in the game where you can raid, another 40-odd levels!). That doesn't mean you will necessarily never raid, of course. Sometimes we do get the occasional gap. Sorry to spell this out in such detail here but we do, sometimes, have recruits who find this bit hard to understand.
