Do we still have an arena team?

I'm interested in knowing more about arenas and wondered how much time you really need to put into them to make it worth while. I dont have masses of time at the moment but if it was a once a week thing or a weekend effort I could commit to that.

Any Arena veterans here who can give me some info?

Haven't played in ages and most likely don't have much time to play either, but would love to pick it up a bit again.

Basically you just need an evening to play at least 10 games to get points.
