Character spec: I have two raiding specs. The first is 40/0/21 and this one is my favourite due to the big crits it can get due to a combination of the talents Ice Shards and Spell Power. It also has good mana efficiency due to Arcane Meditation, Frost channeling and Clearcasting that Lower the mana cost and increase my mana regeneration while casting. Also Arcane Mind helps alot due to the increase in intellect. Talents like Arcane potency help the spec because it increases my critical strike chance and helps me achieve the high crits from other apsects of the spec.
My other spec which i have recently learnt to love is 12/46/3. I liked this spec because it hit harder and had more things to cast other than Frostbolts. All the talents like Pyromaniac and citical mass help the crit chance which both benefit from ignite due to the exra DoT dmg it gives.
The gear i had for this spec was a mistmatch set that contained some gladiator gear so i decided it wasnt for the best and i have returned to 40/021 for my raiding spec. I dont really mind changiing to fit the guilds preferences but i really do prefer arcane frost.

Character heroic keys and attunements: I have all the heroic Keys and im attuned to Molten core and Karazhan.

Previous guild(s): I was in Blinkstrike and Strikeback but both disbanded :'( . I was also recently in Angels of the Shadow but i left due to problems with the GM.

Reasons why you would like to join: I would like to join AG Praetorian Guard because i am looking for a guild that i can progress through endgame content with and have fun doing it. And also, hopefully make some frineds along the way ;D .

7 guilds? wow eerm. blinkstrike n strikeback disnaded in quick succesion. Angels of the shadow. I was in a guild called evolution for a sort time but they didnt take raiding serious enough. eerm. im in one atm called <i scream for ice cream> thats a joke guild with low lvls in it. and i was in a few for short periods of time in between the other i mentioned they were just mates lvling guilds etc for fun to talk to em. but i didnt think it was that many. Also i hope you can trust wen i say that im not a guild 'deserter'.

We can’t access all the dates at the moment but from May 14 to September 25 - that’s 19 weeks and one day - you average a new guild once every 15 days or so (if my maths is right). Taking into account guild collapses and that not every guild can be right for everyone, that still seems an awful lot of movement.

We’re still chatting on the officers board and you should have an answer very shortly.

well i understand the problem with the guilds and im surprised its that many.
Ergo is an RL mate of mine .
because i think its a problem i think i need to explain.
I hit 70 and luckily got into recoil (ergo's guild) it was too advanced for me. i then joined united blood purely coz a friend was in it. I then found a guild around my gear level, Blinkstrike, this disbanded around august 20th. hence me guildless round this time.
Evolution was a guild i joined because i thought i would be ok. they didnt take raiding seriously enough so wen i found out about Strikeback (blinkstrike reform) then i apologised to Evolution for leaving so soon and joined Strikeback. I then had an idea to try and start my own guild so i apologised to strikeback and had a go at creating a guild. It failed, badly and i manged to get two RL mates on the rosta so i gave up this is the guildless time between strikebacks. then Very kindly Strikeback let me back in. unfortunately shortly after this it disnabded again :S, gutted for me. From here i joined Angels of the shadow and it was awesome untill i found that i didnt get along with Gortetias and i thought it best to go. i have ben guildless for a couple of weeks so far.

I hope that clears up the guild jumping and im shocked it was that many in such a short space of time. like i say hope that clears it up.

We're in a similar position. Will raiding at the Near-End of SSC and TK be too much for you too?

I dont believe that it is now no. Wen i hit 70 i have blues and was working on my spell strike gear. Now im in mostly epic gear .i have a gear plan for early SSC bosses and i think i need a few more pieces from kara or gruul. This includes Broach of unquenchable fury and Tirisfall wand of ascendancy. with these i can replace my Great sword of horrid dreams with a spell crit blade like Nathrezeem mind blade, Blood mauw magus blade or fang of the leviathan.
I believe with a few pieces of this gear i am ready for T5 raid dungeons and i can get by without them until there is an oportunity for a better one.

Both "mage"-weapons have failed to drop for a lot of our mages/caster dps. I for one would not count on getting either Gruul's or Prince's weapon soon.

Personally, I'd go for an arena weapon if I were you. I myself have the Honor Hold one now, but have been using it for quite some time already.
