I'm using a bit more +hit gear in raids, and reach 175 hit rating in my raid gear, the only thing that changes is my ranged weapon, which I switch to Steelhawk Crossbow.
I got the Gladiator's Quickblade in my bags, waiting for the patch to bring it's speed to 1.5, so it will be better then Latro's Shifting Sword then. Also have the mats to slap mongoose on the Quickblade.
I'm working on arena points to get the Gladiator's Slicer to.

Reasons why you would like to join:
Well, I know AGPG for a while, u guys have been around for quite a bit now, and I have been with you for quite a while before.
With Fides Invictus being disbanded, I am currently guilded in ROFLCOPTER, which serves a bit as a guild to just have a chat etc.. with nice people. I'm not the kinda person who can stay in guilds like that for a long time, raiding is my pleasure in this game, and improving myself in raids, is one of my main goals. I do love the social aspect of the game though, and that is also one of the reasons I reapply to AGPG, cause I know you are all good people.

Note:
If you want any second opinions on me, don't hesitate to talk to former FI members such as Aduro, Krollin, Cramer, Gekkegerrit, Able, Hackdem, Shamiram, ... or some AGPG'ers that still remember me (I'm thinking Dwiezel, Hayek, Etta, Tyrall, Whitewolf, ...)
Other then that, I killed everything up to and including The Curator in Karazhan, and had some nice tries on Shade of Arann (curse that Blizzard!!! ).
I also killed High King Maulgar and had some 34% try on Gruul himself.
Most of the raids I was in since TBC, I was leading myself (or co-leading together with Zogeth).
