I've taken 23 in disc. for Improved buffs. Improved Power word Fort. is a god send and Prayer of Spirit and it's upgrade points are an awesome buff for the whole party.
The 38 in Holy are general healing power and speed improvements. for more specifics please see my profile further down. This spec has been tried and tested in heroics and works very well, but I'm not sure about raiding. Let me know if you think anything should change for 10/25 man raids.

Reasons why you would like to join:
I'm really excited by the current end game content that Blizz has added with TBC. With my current guild, we have been stuck trying to kill Morose for weeks with little or no success. We got him to 20% once. Mostly this is due to a lack of varied classes and comitted players.
So now I'm looking for a guild that can help me explore the dungeons beyond the five mans. I've succesully run a number of heroics, but basically they are just the same five mans I did while levelling, so I'm looking for more of a challenge.
I've read your guild rules and it seems that this guild has its head screwed on straight. I've been looking around a few other end game raiding guilds and they all seem to require some sort of life time comitment setting aside all fun and social life to raid with them.
I really appreciate the ethos I read...
Everyone has a real life and this game can eat into it alarmingly. Real life always takes priority and we understand that completely.
... I really want to progress with the game, but of course the pub is a harsh mistress too! So I'd like to be a part of this guild and hopefully help you reach new levels of end game and content, and who knows? Maybe we can slay Illidan together?
