I choose to specc/glyph Fire Nova because it has several advantages: It's totally uber for aoe situations; it allows me to hit the boss even when i have to run away; and it ensures i never have to wait on CDs, i can always use an ability every GCD. Drawback is that it's mana heavy thus i specced into improved SS.
7 - What kind of experience do you have with other talent specs on this character?
As you know i used to raid as resto, my resto gear is ilvl 245 and 258, much superior to my enhance gear.
In Vision i raided as elemental so got most experience with that and a good set of gear.

- Why do you use this item kit?
It's mostly stuff i collected as off-offspecc gear when raiding as Ele/Resto, with some extra bits throw in recently.
10 - Which of the items you use have the highest priority to be replaced and with what?
I just grabbed my enhance gear yesterday and started to enchantt/gem it and since then i've been replacing stuff with emblem gear frequently, so the answer here might be outdated by the time you read it
Anyhow, most of my gear is in the same standard, alot of items could be upgrade easily in ICC, but i don't feel anything i use is lagging behind the rest. I will probably upgrade one of the trinkets or ring first.

12 - What kind of guild do you think AG Praetorian Guard is?
I should know this, unless you made som drastical changes.
-A social guild focused more on raiding, or
-A raiding guild focused more on the social aspects
13 - Describe the role of your class/spec in raids and its mechanics. Be as precise as you can. Show us you know your class inside-out. (example: spelldamage coeffcients, need of particular stats or attributes)
Enhance playstyle is mostly a matter of prioritizing while doing whack-a-mole. Hit whatever is of CD, and if several thing is off CD hit whatever has highest priority. What complicates it a bit is that Malestorm is a buff rather then a CD so it has to be treated reactionary, while still having a high prio when available. Once you start to get alot of ICC you need to swap between FS and ES too for more DPS and totem procs, another CD to keep track off >_>
If you made a priority list it could actually be made extremely complicated, such as hitting SS before ES if there's no debuff up, or hitting Lava Lash first if totem proc isn't up (or below X seconds remaining) etc,
But simplified: Lightning Bolt(5 stacks)-Earthshock-Stormstrike-Magma Totem-Lava Lash-Fire Nova
Refreshing LS would normally be a higher prio then LL, but it happens so rarely ^^
A few more things to keep in mind as enhance is that there are 2 softcaps for hit, one for specials and one for spells. Once you're above spellcap the value of hit is drastically reduced. Arpen is garbage for Enh, worse then Str in fact.
With better gear haste starts to scale ridiculously good.
Some pros with Enh: Lots of damage, lots of nice buffs, good burst CDs.
Some cons: Rather unforgiving for misstakes (can lose alot of DPS or even go OOM if the timing is off), has a very hard "rotation" for DPS.
14 - How do you prepare for raids?
I bring all conusmables i need. For new bosses i make sure to watch tactics (usually tankspot, or tactics on the guild forum if available)
15 - What is your raiding experience in Azeroth, Outland and Northrend?
Azeroth - none (except Kara and Ony :O)
Outland - Kara, Gruul, Maggy, BT, MH.
Northrend - Doen all up to and including Totgc 10/25 and first four bosses in ICC
16 - Why do you want to get into AG Praetorian Guard?
I want to raid and experience ICC, but not 4 nights a week. I'm re-applying here cus i know the people and like the atmosphere here.

I'm a good raider, dedicated and willing to help out. I'm also hillarious, at least i think so!
18 - On which days of the week are you able to attend raids?
Tuesday is a bad day for me since i often play football then, saturday might be occosionally hard for me too, but the rest of the days i'm usually at home.
19 - We use TeamSpeak during our raids. Are you familiar with TS or Ventrillo and do you actually use it? (Talking aswell as listening)
I prefer Ventrillo, why this stubborness!

The Dudes of Destruction, AGPG, Vision, Frozen Assault, Titans
Titans is my brothers lolguild, joined it when i got guildless with some alts. Frozen Assault i joined when i got guildless as well since my friend was in it. I'm not raiding with them and barely bothering much about them at all, nto sure why i haven't left yet ^^

Marsella - 80 Rogue
Rgnack - 80 Priest
Sköll- 80 Paladin
Villanous - 80 warrior (geared for ICC as tank and DPS)
Ciceleana - 40 (currently a relic left in AGPG)
22 - Which of your alts would you be willing to make your main in AG Praetorian Guard, in case we can only offer that particular class/spec a raiding spot and not the one your applying with? Also mention if you are willing to respec yes or no and with which character.
Warrior would come most natural for me, sicne i have the most experience with him and best gear.
My rog would be another option, a bit of gearing is required though.

Yeah, except the paladin that a friend had for a bit on another server when i had a break.
