Bah, don't even think of taking in this guy :P

On a more serious note ... OMG Uncle .. took you sometime but eventually you did the right thing :D

I would really like to have this guy in, he is an excellent player (done numerous heroics and raids with him and his dps was always top), and a great guy to have arround.

I'm sure he will fit pretty good with the guilds spirit :)

/thumbs up from me!

/manly hug m8
seems u got the guts to do it after all lad.

It would be really neat to have Chris with us; he is one of a guy and enjoyed every instance/group/raid/time spent with him and his mood (even if he wants to take longs walks at the seaside :P).

/thumbs up from me as well, although i'm not sure if i can do that as an initiate member.!

Thanks for the application.

From the rep and the /played time you seem to have put the hours in but you only have 3 level 70 PvE epics showing in the armory and 675 bonus damage. Any more badge rewards tucked in the bags or are you not running too many heroics? Its a good start but I suspect you'll need a lot higher if you plan to top dps charts (and we'd want you to in time). I'm no expert (my main is a druid) but I'd also expect you to see a number of 'resists' from your armory set. Just a few questions.

Is it safe to assume you haven't done too many raids at 70 (looking at your gear and rep)?

You say you want to join as a raider. How much do you expect to be playing?

i am glad to answer your questions or try to:D

first things first, the lack of epics would suggest lack of dps. but if you look at my gear, you would see a red thread in the critt it has (25,45% with only 3 epics) so, isent really the lack of raiding, but the lack of gear i have come across to fit the way i play my lock :) besides in my opinion gear will always come second to skill, as an example look at all the epic geared players that do pvp, yet have no idea on how to play there class or how to push it beyond the limet of whats normally considered "knowing how to play a class" :)
but true i havent raidided as much in the newer instances, due to my break from wow, taking on the roll as GM of a guild consisting of old raiders with little patience wore me out and i lost interest in the game and had to take a break :)
but i may add without bragging, i was in the first grp to clear SH heroic on wildhammer, in a grp that had 8 epics combined

due to the nature of my work (nightshift) i work one week from 22-06 and have another week off, i will be playing fulltime or nearly fulltime 14 days a month all together :)

Gear is indeed secondary to skill, but it is also an indicator of commitment to and experience of the endgame. We can't judge your skill from here so we'll take such indicators as we can for now.

As for experience at 70, we've noted what you say. I can't remember how long my friends and I here have been exalted with Violet Eye but its many an long month now, and you are still on that journey. Your gear suggests limited or no trips to anywhere bigger yet. Not a problem of itself – I was just trying to see how much you have done at 70. What experience do you have in level 70 raids beyond Kara (SSC etc), if any?

I take the point about high crit at the expense of raw + damage. I still think the resists you would get would hit your dps hard. Out of interest, is there a lack of epic +crit gear available in heroics / from badges?

Oh and thanks for confirming playtimes.

true, seeming as i spend most of my online hours after we started Semper fidelis trying to get ppl to work together and not against eachother i dident really have the mental surplus to raid very much and starting up my at that time new job, so your right, havent seen much action raidwise in tbc yet:)

as for the resist part and how it affects my dps, belive it of not, i dont(or dident) get very many resists, when raiding or doing heroics:)

as for gear available in heroics, its of little interest to me, there are a few items that are nice, but they havent dropped for me yet:) as i build my playstyle on massive critt and there isent much of that available around where i have been so far:) (find destro lock to be more fun than demo or affliction specc, but i know how to play every lock specc):)

We'll get back to you when we can on your application. There may be a little delay.

Fact of the matter is we used to have some issues in the warlock department - we have some splendid people there but due to RL and especially work commitments they can't always raid.

If our present warlocks decided to raid a little more we'd have far too many of them to take on another raider. We need to have a chat and see how the land lies with them.

Just to let you know;

We're still discussing several "issues" behind the scenes. Expect an decent reply in the next couple of days.

We would like to offer you an invite on a non-raiding basis for now. We value friendship in AGPG, but for different reasons we cannot rotate another caster at this moment. This does NOT mean that you will stay that forever, things change. You may also sign up for any raid/ group when avaliable, but keep in mind you will only be picked secondary after regular raiders.

Please poke GM Eien/Whitewolf or an officer (Conchobar, Dwiezel, Grominx, Jaghira, Leaf or Meton) for an invite, and access to the extended part of these boards.

Welcome to AGPG, seeya ingame!

If you want to know more about 'non raider' status before making any decision, please /w an officer too.
